Hip and Spacious Midtown Cottage near Beale Street

The location was great! The place was spacious for the family.

We were there during some colder weather and downstairs was a bit chilly and did not heat like upstairs. A benefit of a rental is to cook some meals and cut down on cost of eating out, kitchen pans need a bit of an update and a few additional places settings would be a plus.

Very nice place, comfortable and cozy. If weather was better, we would have been able to enjoy the outdoor space they have in front yard. Looked very nice. It snowed & was cold when we were there so didn't get to enjoy the outdoors.

Because of the weather the downstairs was cold, but the upstairs was very warm and comfortable. There were plenty blankets available so that was great.

Excellent location which felt very safe with great access to Beale Street.

The location and how clean the place was, were the two key highlights for us. But we truly enjoyed the coziness of this property.

The only thing that was negative was that we only had two coffee pods for four people. Obviously we managed but it would be nice to have more coffee available for your guests.

I like the bright color house. The house close to high school and medical center. If like hearing birds and band music this is the perfect place. The house reminds me house of movie scene in Disney 's "UP". I the house a TV in every room. I like the lighting in the house and reading material for tourists.

I didn't like the was empty house next door. Which seem to be for sale. There is a house and apartment right otherside red fence between small alley way. The door can be little difficult to narrage. There is no light at the mail box drive way for night arrival. I was unable turn tempature off in living room. So my so got sour throat after being four days. There are no heavyweight blankets available. I had trouble with lock key code for 4 days of my stay. When ask for help the host explain for me to refer to notes about the code entry it simple. How it was not simple for me I believe not even a 10 year could consistently get the front door open. I believe may the the battery low the code device. I did like the washer and dryer entry door is out side near the drive with code. Due my frustration with front door I didn't use the washer or dryer.
