Hip and Spacious Midtown Cottage near Beale Street

Bright and airy with charming decor! Set back from street, so large quiet front yard. Good instructions from host. Excellent location with a variety of stores and restaurants within 5 minute drive, at most.

Didn't realize it was 2 story..bedrooms upstairs...I probably missed that somewhere in the description. Worked out fine though..there was a powder room on main floor for convenience.

Very clean and greatly decorated to help relax.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was over two floors (not an issue for us, in fact it was a bonus as there was more separation between sleeping and evenings). The lounge is really spacious and there's a lovely big sofa. There were all the things that we needed in the kitchen and a huge fridge. The outdoor area was nice; it's out the front of the house but the front garden was huge it didn't feel as if you were on the road. Bedrooms were spacious too and we liked the downstairs toilet!

There were no toiletries which wasn't ideal but fine as it's near enough to pop to the shops!

Location was very convenient for our purposes. There were plenty of amenities - clean towels, pillows on the bed and the couch, several extra comforters. Very much appreciated the ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the jack and Jill bath was convenient. The Keurig was utilized and it was appreciated there were pods already provided. We have a blended family and travel arrangements are sometimes complicated but having so much extra living room space, a dine in table and a fully stocked kitchen made the stay so much more comfortable than if we had gotten a hotel room.

My son ended up staying with us since his U of M dorm was not yet ready, so we were not expecting that. He is 6’ so the twin bed didn’t work out so well but he had plenty of room on the couch downstairs.

Close to grocery stores and Beale Street. Cute and quiet neighborhood.

Step down into kitchen. We placed the door mat over the area to keep us from falling.
