房间隔壁是垃圾房，整屋子都是垃圾的臭酸味。 马桶的排泄物需要三四轮才能排出干净。 冲凉时流走的水让排水沟的臭酸气味弥漫整个厕所甚至整屋子。 冷气遥控不知去向，跟房主反应了也得不到处理。 入住前需要通过私人户口收取200元定金否则不得入住，如果在订购前知道需要这个操作，这样我并不会订购。
