MYMYChecked in on the 20/10. The upstairs toilet sink was clogged with water. How can they have claimed to have just cleaned the room. After that we had a shower and the toilet floor was flooded. We were told there were no other units of the same size to change to. That night the unit floor had more than 10 cockroaches running around. We changed to a smaller unit the next day and was told that it was the same price but i have screenshots of price offered which was cheaper. We were also told unit had netflix as i have young children ,the next day we found that the unit did not have netflix.
