楼下就是shopping centre

非常难找到entrance, owner给的指使很不清楚，我绕了几圈，问了security才可以找到entrance,搭grab不方便，因为不能直接到lobby,需要走路，走很远，grab也不要带你去lobby 房间很多control 按不到，床有蟑螂，很肮脏 Deposit 要一个星期了，还没进refund

"The facility needs to be maintained properly."

Spacious. Aircond works well. Parking is not an issue.

The upstairs bathroom lock is broken. The projector stand height cannot be adjusted as the adjustment knob is broken. Toilet ground floor is not equipped with soap.
