Luxurious Luton town center flat with free parking

Ample space inside flat with all facilities. Clean and tidy. Good value for money

-Area outside flat looked a bit dodgy. - Unable to join WiFi despite following given instructions. -Had some issues with checking in and was unable to reach the owner of the property. Contacted booking.com customer services who picked phone after long wait and told me that she will ring me back but never did. Disappointed with booking. com staff.

The flat was well decorated and the Kitchen was well equipped and set up. There was Tea Coffee, Sugar, Salt, alll you would need for a short stay. The bedroom was nice and comfortable.We were able to bring our dog and safely park the car. It was close to the town centre and Luton Station.

The bathroom sink was in a cramped space. The hallway floor wasn't clean and the laminate floor was lifting. The Sofa seemed dirty. The gates to the parking space were locked with a chain and padlock, and took time to unlock and lock each time. The large recycling bin hadn't been emptied and was overflowing. The flat wasn't in a very nice area but once inside the building it was OK.

Its a nice one bedroom flat but with sofa bed its comfortable two bedroom property with fully equipped kitchen ( oven, microwave, stove, dining table etc), decent bedroom size, nice shower and a clean property. The beds are comfy and its a quiet place. Only bad points are the actual building is mot at the same level and seems old. The car park is just space next to building and can only accommodate 3-4 cars max. Its a secure parking space with lock at the gate but back wall is half collapsed.

While the flat is great the building itself does not give good vibes seems like council housing building.

Lovely clean flat. Brilliant location and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating as booking was last minute.
