Train station less than 10 minutes away. Town center with shops about 10-15 minutes of walk. Very comfortable beds. Living room couch very big when extended for the 3rd person. Coffee and tea provided. Host provided us with an early check-in which was very convenient for us. Rather calm area, not directly at a busy street.

Main door has bad insulation so the hallway and shower are a bit cold. When visiting during winter, pack some slippers or warm socks. 5th floor with very narrow stairway. Not a big deal, but wasn't mentioned and if you have a big suitcase, it's slightly less convenient. Window insulations let some cold and noise in, but nothing serious.

"Ok option if need to be near station, but lots of better options in Luton - albeit refekected in lower pricing. Internal"

Location and low cost but ultimately it’s an old building with bizarre parking and entrance - not the host’s fault but needs a hard WiFi at least at this price point.

No WiFi given reliant on mobile provider. Parking is a hassle and whilst apartment is fine on internal facilities it is what it is for the price.
