Really cute and comfortable house.

We had a bit of an issue with the hot water. Landlord very responsive and even offered partial refund for inconvenience.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable and it has great potential, but it could use some freshening up.

We didn't have an allocated parking space despite this being advertised at the time of booking, which was very disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment. Also, the property could use some freshening up. The bath tiles were mouldy, the shower head was leaking, the walls and windows were dirty, etc. It would also have been a plus if there was shower gel and coffee.

Great location, friendly host and had a lovely time in Carlisle. The house is welcoming, very clean and has a great location versus the city centre
