Luxury House Near City Center Hospital &Superstore

How close the property was to the centre and available parking next to location. Ideal spot with a bonus of outdoor space in the sun when we arrived. Great instructions for access and great communication pre and post visit. Would recommend.

Great location, quiet street with on street parking outside the property. Great host with clear and accurate information. The downstairs and master bedroom are nicely decorated. Fully equipped kitchen and overall has everything you could need for a short stopover.

It would have been handy to know in advance that the bathroom (only toilet) was downstairs as this was logistically difficult for our little one. The children’s/single room was lacking a curtain which made it bright at night.

Bed comfy .Easy to find .it was warm It was quiet in a residential area. Communication good .

The entrance was via an alley that had rubbish in it and was mossy ..potential slip hazard in wet weather . The patio area was nice .small but nice however boxes of empty beer bottles were a bit off putting. Why not recycle at local supermarket if there are that many . Why not have key safe at the front door Parking adequate .does require a permit but I was out of parking restrictions times Cleanliness could have been better .The shower screen was dirty and black mould around bath sealant .Modern bathroom too but down stairs at back of kitchen Kitchen cupboard was dirty . dust to skirting boards . Dust to bedside table .

It had a smart tv so could watch Netflix. Plenty of plug sockets.

Alley at back of property where you access was dire. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Shower filthy with hair and sink not washed. Towels thin. Bed linen in main bedroom did not smell fresh. Pillow thin and too old. The bed in second bedroom was very uncomfortable. Child’s duvet has luminous rockets! The entire place smelt dusty. Has potential but needs a good clean!
