Overall it is a very nice and clean townhouse.

The beds were uncomfortable. The cheap plastic mattress cover contributed to this and pulled the sheets off when sleeping. One bed did not have a fitted sheet and this made the sheet come off and very uncomfortable sleeping on the plastic mattress cover. There are better quality waterproof mattress covers that I would suggest.

"i would never stay at this location again, nor would i stay at any location run by this host."

the property looked nice and was updated all except for the bedding and the couch. the couch was broken and the waterproof mattress they used on the bed was pure plastic like a baby diaper from 1970, not the new fabric covers.

1. the host was rude and threatening. -i asked if they had a thinner blanket and he said that is a personal preference and they don't have to provide it. -one of the beds was missing a flat top sheet. when i messages him about it he said it was provided and accused/flagged me for bringing extra people, which i didn't. after asking him 3 more times, and speaking with booking.com 2 additional times, they never provided the top sheet, so hopefully they wash the comforter for the next person who stays at their location. 2. the waterproof mattress was pure plastic like a baby diaper cover from 1970, not the new fabric covers, causing us horrible sleep. 3. the windows has no curtains, and the room was extremely bright starting at 6 am, so we could not sleep in. see attached photos. they were taken at 6 pm. 4. we saw insects twice in the front hallway. 5. the living room couch was broken and very uncomfortable. 6. check in time was at 3 pm. by 9 pm i still had not received the code to get in the building. it was immediately sent to me when i messaged him about it.

The apartment was excellant.

When we arrive after midnight,had to wash sheets before going to bed.Don't think cleaning staff washed sheets. Remote for 1 bedroom tv was missing battery and one remote was missing from other bedroom.

This home is absolutely lovely. Needed very minimal before the trip info wise, got the code in about an hour before check in. When I tell you this home is soooo spacious. We were traveling with 2 adult sons and one of their fiances as well as a 14 y/o and my husband and I. The futon was perfect size, but my princess felt it a little rough, so I would recommend an air mattress if your older kid has a sensitive bum like mine 😵‍💫🤣 When you walk in it smells so clean. All the stuff you would think of. I'm redoing my laundry closet after staying here. 🤣 I would highly recommend to anyone. And will hope to stay here again next time we head up again 🙏

The coffee maker was confusing, but we're not Keurig people, so it took a minute. 😁
