TD Casa Altomare w Terrace Over Historic Center

A fantastic place, great location in the thick of things and the old town but still very quiet and peaceful. Two large and very comfortable bedrooms and a nice small kitchen and dining area. Very tasteful decor and good overall amenities. The two bathrooms were also good, especially the large one of the larger bedroom. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend.

The management was not attentive. We had a terrible ant problem and all they told us to do was buy our own!! Ant spray from the market and deal with it on our own. Only when I complained and told them their customer service was terrible and we felt neglected, did they offer to come. Next problem was the radiator in one of the bathroom started leaking. We found the bathroom completely drenched. We used half of the towels we were given to dry up the floor and to soak up the dripping that continued. The helper Gabriel told us he would tell the agency but never heard from them at all. Just horrible. Perhaps because of the leak we had no hot water our last for showers. But all in all we still enjoyed our stay. But for the money spent we expected a bit more care and attention. After this experience of feeling not taken care of, I will think twice before I book on Booking.com Thanks
