The rooftop terrace was excellent

Our ages were known before we arrived and we were travelling throughout Apulia with cases. There was no assistance to help us carry our cases up or down the 36 very steep steps..

Location is right in the heart of the old town area and the rooms particularly the bedrooms were superb. Sometimes a place may not live up to it's pictures but here I could honestly say the reality was better. The balcony area on the roof was fantastic as well, lots of space and very well laid out.

The parasols provided on the roof terrace could maybe have some secures bases provided as we had to wrestle with them a lot to keep them in place on the sun loungers. This is only a minor thing but it would help. There was no ironing board in the apartment and we did request one at the office but it did not arrive before we left. This would have helped as we had a wedding to attend and formal clothes to prepare, again not a major issue but something to look at going forward. These are only minor issues and they did not detract from our visit.

Beautiful spacious property with great facilities and in a perfect location. Whilst the roof terrace is shared we had it to ourselves for the duration of our stay.

Be aware that there are two steep narrow long flights of stairs to climb to the property. Whilst not feedback on the property itself I found it a little disappointing that the rental representative, a young and clearly fit male, did not so much as offer to assist my 80 year old parents in lugging their large and heavy bags up the steep and long flights of stairs.

Great location and spacious apartment.

Shutter was broken on our window so very bright in one bedroom but I’d assume this will be fixed shortly so wouldn’t be an issue. A little pricey for late checkout when we were very stuck with a 10am checkout and 10pm flight (€200). Overall very good.

The accommodation was fantastic, in the centre of a vibrant city yet peaceful, the apartment is fully equipped and very well designed. We were very happy here and will definitely come back!

Nothing not to like just have to be aware 2 flights of stairs to get to apartment & another flight to reach the shared terrace - we were there a week and no one else used the terrace
