Modern Refurbished Church nr Butt of Lewis beaches

The house was bright, spacious, and very well equipped, but with plenty of character. The location was ideal: right next to the RSPB nature reserve, and within walking distance of the Ness lighthouse and a lovely beach just along the road.

A good manual for the property and advice as to local amenities. It was noted that the local shop at Cross can just about supply anything without the need to stock up at Tesco in Stornaway.

Hervorragende Ausstattung des Hauses. Alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Der Vermieter war zwar jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, hätte sich aber während unseres Aufenthalts ruhig einmal persönlich vorstellen können. Die Kommunikation über Mail und Zettel war zwar ausreichend, alle Fragen waren abgedeckt, doch wirkt diese Art etwas unpersönlich.

Fabulous location. Extremely comfortable. Loved the open plan. Warm and cosy. Very well equipped. We had a problem with the TV and Chris was so helpful. My family who live there came to visit and all were very impressed. Would definitely stay again when visiting my family.

My only criticism is if there were 4 people wardrobe and drawer space would be an issue. Two of us managed.

Nothing really, it was a great stay. A microwave in the kitchen is all I think the property lacks.
