Canal Quays NO LOAD SHEDDING Two Bedroom Apartment

Location is great, the apartment is neat and well kept. Very spacious would definately stay there again

Toiletpaper could be better, and then I know its self catering but for a one night stay that is allowed, just perhaps have better coffee.

Very far to walk to waterfront Reception not very helpful, more like security. Parking not in numerical order, has double numbering and had to be searched for. Host did not answer his phone when we arrived and when we could not find the key.

Location and setting are absolutely stunning

Check in was at 3 and even though I asked for an earlier check in they were unable to help and when I arrived to check in at 3:30 the cleaners were still busy. Cleaners only finished at 4. I just feel if check in is already so late it should be ready strictly at 3. Host was not very helpful.

The fact that my kids loved it makes my life so easy. Thank you, Johann, for taking my call and assisting. That's what makes you an experienced host.

Loved everything it's so peaceful and tranquil. Top security measures. Something minor, the apartment was NOT ready for check-in at 15:00. Eventually, we went up to the apartment at 15:50, and the cleaning lady was still busy. She eventually left, but left one of the room's cupboard doors flung open and towels not placed where they should be. If you are pressed for time, then such a late check-in can delay your day as well.

Very warm and clean and well located.

Basement parking if you have a big vehicle can be tight.

The apartment was vary well located for the International Conference Centre and a short canalside walk from the V & A Waterfront with all the shops and restaraunts. The area felt very safe and secure and the apartment was comfortable and the block was quiet for getting some sleep. We had a good stay at Canal Quays.

We only had one key on arrival and, as we had different things to do as my partner was attending a Conference, we asked for another key on our second day. This only arrived on the last day which caused some difficulties. That said our overall communications with Johan were good.
