Cleanliness of the rooms

I absolutely loved the scenery and the peace and quiet. The place is beautiful. My children loved it because of the pool, jungle gym, trampoline, and the vast space to play. The hike was wonderful too. And of course, Gabriel is very friendly and helpful. We had everything that we needed.

The cottage was a bit small for the 5 of us. I also think the cottage could have been cleaned a bit better, like the carpets, etc. And I wasn't aware that it only had bath, so no shower (but that is on me for not checking properly). Additionally, the road to the farm is very narrow and "off-road", so be careful when you drive up there with a car.

Upon entry, there was a dirty mop upside down at the door.. On a brief scan the Appartment appeared to be tidy, the dirty rugs left a lot to be desired. The absence of cleaning staff and hand towels was also noted. The pillows were lumpy... Alas not what we'd planned on..

Firstly the communication before we got there. Gabriel is so passionate about his job. He made sure we are comfortable, he attended to us quickly everything we needed was brought to us in seconds. The hiking was so fun, the pool actually the atmosphere is super

Nothing at all just got disappointed that we couldn't go to the bomma with the car, the road was not friendly so we had to turn back

Gabriel is an absolute gem of a concierge. He welcomes the guests, gives them the lay of the land and ensures that each guest is comfortable. The location is breathtaking and leaves you feeling like you have disappeared into another world. Definite value for money. The cottages are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay.
