Beautiful Riverfront Near Mt Bachelor with Hot Tub

A very unique place, super comfortable, with incredible views and amenities. The room was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. The hosts are wonderful, extremely available and helpful ( and with a good sense of humor too !). We are already planning to come back !

Darcy and Adrian are super sweet and the accommodation is perfect in every way. No detail is spared for the comfort of the guest.

What a pleasant surprise to pull up and see such beautiful accommodations and friendly owners! Darcey had texted me a couple of hours before we arrived, inviting us to join them for an impromptu cookout! It was so lovely to arrive and have dinner on the grill and drinks prepared for us to join in an intimate & friendly dinner with them and 2 other couples. The outdoor patio / common area is set in a peaceful and beautiful spot above the river, and each unit has their own zero gravity lounge chairs and anything you need to relax outside. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the special touches awaiting us in our room were so thoughtful! The room itself was SO well appointed, comfortable and beautiful! It truly felt like we were special guests and their hospitality was on full display! Oh, and also, I must say that our Westie “Archie” was so welcomed as well. Another bonus for us!!

One slight drawback that we experienced (though no fault of the owners) were the mosquitoes at dusk. But that is the price you pay to be on the river! Now that we know, I will be sure to pack our repellent for next time (though Darcey had plenty of repellent available for us to use!) A few minor suggestions for improvement would be to put a paper towel holder/roll of paper towels in the community dining space, to clean up spills, etc. It’d also be awesome to have some paper napkins, or paper towels in the rooms by the coffee bar for the same thing. Lastly, it might be helpful to have some instruction on the heating/cooling thermostat as guests arrive. We made the error of having the thermostat on “heating” to 70, instead of cooling, and had to open the window due to being hot / feeling stuffy. Open window led to lack of sleep the first night, because of the heat pump going on/off right outside the window. I have to say this was “our bad” though, esp since my husband is a mechanical engineer, haha! Overall, just a lovely place to stay in Sunriver!
