Darcey and Adrian are exceptionally welcoming hosts. Besides comfortable and well equipped rooms our hosts took us on a kajak tour and invited us to an excellent BBQ dinner. Darcey provides guests day and night with snacks, drinks or fruit. Their huge property adjoins the Deschutes river and provides fantastic views of the river and its natural environment with deer, eagles and jumping fish. This is definetely the best place to stay in and around Bend. Highly recommendable!

Peaceful surroundings, a beautiful river out the back door, comfortable lounge areas, and a nice communal kitchen. Our room was well stocked and comfortable as well. Hosts were very attentive and thought of everything! There is also a great restaurant down the road.

Honestly, nothing bad to say, but if hard pressed, the mosquitoes made it difficult to enjoy being outside. Not much can be done with that if you want to enjoy nature, you have to deal with the bugs.

This property was fantastic. The room was great, all of the outdoor space and the setting right along the lake was beautiful, and the hosts were great!

Exceptional place to stay. Beatufil location right along the Deschutes. Nice interior style, very new, robust, high quality furniture. Supply of breakfast items totally sufficient for us and not even advertised. Also drinks, joghurts, coffee for free no limits. For the price you got everything you expected but even more: Boats, canues, float device to use for free. Adrian and Darcey even offered us to drop us somewhere in the National Forest, so we could do a river float on the Deschutes. On top of that they offered to put up a tent for me, so my parents could use the room for themselves, no extra charge. If could have given it a "11" I would have.

Really absolutely nothing.

This location is wonderful. Being close to the river and being able to sit, relax, and watch it flow was much appreciated. Breakfast was good, the facilities were clean and inviting, and the hosts were amazing. They thought of everything...helpful and available for questions, but gave us space. I would definitely return!

The family room bunk beds were bordering on being too small for an adult to sleep comfortably. Hooks, either on or near the hot tub would be nice, and it seemed the pictures for the "family room" showed a somewhat private space with a swing, but that turned out not to be the case. Perhaps we remembered the pictures wrong, though. Nothing listed here was a deal breaker.

Comfortable amenities and a beautiful property.
