How beautiful the grounds were and well maintenance

The inside of the rooms could’ve been maintenance a little bit better. The screen doors were a little wobbly. The chrome in the bathroom wasn’t so nice.

Rooms are with old furniture, beaten up. The towels were clean but stained and with shades of grey vs. white.

Solamente una alberca tiene Jacuzzy y en la segunda noche, estaba muy ocupado y no se pudo utilizar.

The food at the restaurant is very good 👍🏾

The location and scenery were prefect.

Upon arrival, after a long travel, we had neighbors on both ends being extra noisy. The hotel was able to accommodate us to a bigger room, however, it definitely was an older room. Every time we showered our bathroom would flood. The curtains were falling apart. Wi-fi was limited and the one day I turned on the tv the modem/cable was not working.

Sewage smell from the toilet

The room was so stinky and bathroom was so moldy. No ventilationnin Garden room. They could not move us to another room. Don’t 600 a night for stinky bathroom room.
