Stunning cottage nestled under the Longmynd Hills.

Up stairs bedroom has no head space, so difficult to get changed.

The keys were in the front door waiting for us. There was also a key box with code The cottage was lovely, immaculate inside, bedrooms cosy and the beds comfortable. The bedroom upstairs had twin beds to lock together to become a double which is always a bonus! Bathroom fabulous! There was outside space and a utility room nextdoor with drying rack and recycling bins. A thoughtful welcome hamper too, with milk!!

A lamp in the living room would be perfect for the evening as the ceiling lights were very bright, we turned the hallway light on for a more cosy glow while watching a movie

The cottage (Bettys Dairy) was cute and a great place to stay in a beautiful location for a few nights! Very clean and full of everything you could possibly need. There was even a welcome hamper waiting for us, which was very much appreciated and a lovely touch. Our bed was comfortable and the cottages were quiet. The kitchen was modern and a good size. There is a great utility room which is perfect for washing and drying if you have been out for walks etc. Muddy boots could be left there. There are also extras stored in there such as baby equipment, the cushions for the outdoor seating etc. On that note, the back garden was a lovely little sun trap with views up the country lane. A very friendly cat came to visit and plonked themself on my knee for a while. Very cute.

The only thing I would say is that the sitting/lounge area needs a rethink as it is just a sofa in the kitchen/diner. But I appreciate it's difficult in the space. I would suggest the upstairs room (which was pretty cool) would be ideal for kids but maybe not so much adults... especially tall ones!

Cosy, clean and really friendly hosts. Perfect for a quiet weekend away. Beds super comfy and really quiet. Can't wait to come back.

The cottage was beautiful with all the comforts (and more) of home. The location was easy to get to, private and well placed for exploring Shropshire.

That we only booked 2 nights!

The cottage was just amazing, very clean, and had everything we needed and more. The welcome hamper was a very nice surprise. The beds were so comfy, and the bedding smelled unreal! The shower was awesome with nice soft and fluffy towels. Kirsty was wonderful, really helpful with advising where to eat out and where to go for a nice walk. Chris ended our stay on a high by introducing us to a georgeus baby lambs, born the night before. Thank you so much for having us 🥰

Great location, lovely walk up to the longmynd hills. Close to carding mill as well. The cottage was really well done to a very high standard, lovely welcome basket with some essentials. Chris was great and gave some advice on local area, we recommend the Ragleth pub for food 10/10. Will def be returning to this gem.

Detailed instructions provided beforehand and as I arrived, Chris saw us and welcomed us and showed us to the cottage. The interior is fantastic and perfect for a small family. I was really impressed by the overall quality of the finish and it was lovely that there was already tea/coffee etc. and a goodie box waiting for us. The weather meant we weren't able to sit outside but there was a lovely patio area as well. The location is also fantastic with numerous public footpaths and also a quick drive into Church Stretton. I was sceptical about the many positive reviews as they seemed too good to be true, but I can honestly say they are very much well deserved and we will definitely be staying again.

Absolutely stunning and perfect cottage. Warm, welcoming and full of everything we needed. A gorgeous, generous hamper on arrival. Very clean property and went beyond what I expected. Highly recommend this.
