GBMark was great, he let met us at 2pm so we could leave our luggage in the apartment before it was ready and sent us a message to say when it was ready. Very good communication and very amenable. The apartment is lovely and well equipped, and in the heart of everything. Noisy at night due to the nightlife but if like us you were going for a night out the noise isn't an issue. It was a great place to stay and suited our needs and was very well equiped so we will stay again.

Hot water on first day didn't work until the afternoon, wasnt cleaned properly before we got there (peanuts laying on the floor). Very loud at night but host did provide earplugs
BESuper emplacement, proche de la gare, des quais et du centre ville. Jolie décoration. Bien équipé.
La rue sur laquelle donne l'appartement est bruyante avec beaucoup de passage la nuit. Nous avons eu du mal a faire fonctionner l'eau chaude dans l'une des douches.
FRL'emplacement était génial. Les lits superconfortables.
Le bruit dans la rue. Mais il a y des boules kies pour les personnes sensibles .
GBMark was brilliant in communicating with us. The apartments location was brilliant, in the centre and close to the station. The apartment itself was perfect for what we needed, having two bathrooms was a bonus too! Great value for money. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, also would go back to apartment when returning to Newcastle.
Only suggestion would be to have some more pillows. Minor issue ☺️

GBSuper central, clean, lots of good cooking facilities - perfect for what we needed as a young group who wanted to experience newcastles nightlife Also the host was awesome, super accommodating, flexible with us, couldn’t have asked for more
Location is loud but ear plugs are provided - but this is city centre so it’s what you would expect :). Do not book here if you are scared of some people partying
