Such a lovely home, very clean, has everything you need and in a great location. I wish I had booked to stay longer.

Location to everything, especially the beach. The house was very comfortable and clean and in a quiet area. Neighbors very nice too. Communication with host was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Perfect location for St.Annes and Blackpool

Not much, just maybe more seating in front room

It was a really well thought out holiday home! Cute and cosy but with everything you need! Very well organised. Great location a stone’s throw from the dunes and 5 mins from the tram stop; can easily access both Blackpool and Lytham!

There was 5 of us staying but not enough sofa for us all to relax together in the evening. Could do with an additional small sofa, to avoid splitting the group up and down stairs. It was the only reason why we knocked a mark off a full score!

We were very surprised at how spacious the house was. Well set out. Good to have an ensuite ,bathroom upstairs and still a downstairs toilet. Bedrooms were a good size. Beds are just a little firm for our liking. But still slept pretty well. Nice quiet location. Good off street parking . Great having an enclosed garden for the dogs. As we were lucky with the weather they enjoyed laying outside on their beds . I didn't manage to use the hob . l Did get instructions from Sam after messaging, but by then I had used the microwave. I think written instructions might help in the kitchen. We would stay here again and recommend to family & friends .
