Seaside beach themed home with garden and driveway

The house was lovely, it was absolutely pristine with lovely sea themed decor. It was well equipped, we had everything we needed. The location is amazing, it's just across the road from the dunes and round the corner from the shops at Squires Gate. The Host Sam was really accommodating and kept in touch throughout to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

My only complaint would be the mattress in the master bedroom, other than that the facilities were perfect.

It was an amazing house. It had a very instructive welcome pack. Which covered every applicance on the house.

Would have loved a long handed dust pan and brush, just my choice.

BEWARE: The HOST is the WORST we have ever had the displeasure of communicating with. He has not returned our security deposit because we were no more than 20 minutes late in leaving the property after the check-out time. He 'Sam' is claiming that he has had to give our £100 deposit to the cleaning team he uses because our 20 minutes over the departure time has cost them another job. We dont believe this for one second! The two ladies that appeared to be the cleaners were sat outside in their car as we left, they waved and smiled at us, they did not appear to be perplexed in any way. Sam 'the host' has also ACCUSED us of moving his security camera which prevented him from checking what time we left?? We did not even notice a security camera. We are two hardworking professional women who visited this property for two days with our kids. I have emailed this piece of work and his comeback is 'refer to the small print'. I believe that this HOST is PROFITEERING off honest people. His house also had many shortcomings, but we were not going to complain. He states in his emails now that booking.com messaged us whilst we were in the property to check that everything was okay and that would have been our opportunity to make them aware of the shortcomings. It was NYE!! We were spending quality time with our kids, not checking our phones for automated messages from booking.com, and as decent human beings we were also willing to just suck it up. My advice, avoid, avoid!!

The host had really thought of everything we might need, and provided a welcome pack to give instructions on everything. I contacted the host by email and their response was very quick. The location is excellent. Situated in quiet, beautiful St Annes and walking distance to Blackpool and the tram line.

Spotless, well presented property, great location, very quiet neighborhood, great communication with owner, very comfortable and well equipped, would highly recommend, slept like a log

A couple of minor things , the grass badly needed cutting , and more attention required in terms of dusting , ie moving items off shelves not dusting round .
