location, cleanliness, equipment and comfort were all excellent. nice little kitchen and dining space with were separated from the sleeping areas. old building as you would expect with plenty of character. overall very happy. the second bed was already made up on arrival. nice touch. communications from the owner were just right, informative but not intrusive .

no major problems, just minor irritations . the wifi was weak when more than one person was using it. the switches for the entry stair light could be more obvious. a toaster would be nice, (just a personal preference, not a fault).
