Modern Garden Apartment in a Large Victorian house

House was decent and located close to the town. It was newly furnished and everything was near and clean

There is no dedicated parking and we had to find a space which when we came in the evening there were none left. I had to park 15 mins away and walk back. Basically if you arrive late it's very difficult to find a space on the road to park. Secondly hot water stopped working on the second day, we realised it at night after we came back so none of us could shower. The following day my friend found the reset button on the boiler and hot water started working again. The access to the property is through the back and was not easy to find nor get in with luggage and kids. Price was a bit steep considering these points.

It was clean and nice. It was a happy stay there.

There were no good communication between host and staff other than that it was nice.

The apartment is a little haven of luxury. Me and my son were very impressed (my son is autistic and isn't impressed very easily) but he felt relaxed straight away and the garden was a bonus. The apartment had everything you could ever need for a lovely stay. Will definitely return

I didn't not like anything

Nice cosy apartment, I went with my family and had a good stay, parking is offside the road. Nice clean and comfortable place.

Spacious and walkable distance to town, shops and and pubs. Good sized outside space to sit and relax

Difficult to find. Some washing was still in the washing machine when we arrived. Parking is not easy and you need to walk half way round the block.

Great flat, tidy and clean with a great terrace and view at the ocean, close to center town and port.

Facilities were good and communication with owners was excellent, despite never meeting them face to face

Bed was uncomfortable for two people. Furniture a little tired. Blinds were broken in lounge. Clearer instructions as to how to approach the apartment needs to be made. Despite taking a taxi( late at night) maybe saying the the road was between Penare and Trewartha.
