It’s a large and beautiful apartment in the back and side of the building, so you don’t hear street traffic noise. The apartment contained everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The property is well managed and it was easy to contact the owner.

The flat is huge and at the same time cozy, which is an amazing detail to notice. The circular layout makes children happy. Two bathrooms, fully equipped large kitchen and balcony makes parents happy. Comfy beds contributes to everyone's rest and good mood. Host made everything easy. Area is also kids friendly and full of shops. Thessaloniki center is 20 minutes away with a bus that stops in front of the building. For us everything was perfect, I highly recommend 53 Central Luxury Apartment for family stay in Kalamaria Thessaloniki!

Ζεστός, φιλόξενος και καθαρός χώρος με πολυ χώρο για μεγάλη οικογένεια. Στο κεντρο της Καλαμαριάς στον κεντρικό δρομο για απόλυτη αίσθηση like a local! Απόλυτο must για οικογένεια με παιδιά καθώς βρισκεται πάνω από γνωστή αλυσίδα σούπερ μάρκετ για τα απαραίτητα, με μεγάλο σαλόνι για παιχνιδι και άνετους καναπέδες, ευρύχωρη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για οικογενειακά γεύματα, τηλεόραση σε καθε δωμάτιο για αποφυγή εντάσεων και δύο μπάνια! Σε απόσταση αναπνοής απο την πλατεία δημαρχείου, το hot spot για ολες τις ηλικιες με υπόγειο πάρκινγκ! Η επικοινωνία με τους hosts άψογη!

Very large and spotlessly clean apartment, kind owners. Pleasant balcony but the views were a disappointment.

The heating was erratic and remotely controlled by the owner. This meant it was too hot and the noisy radiators kept us awake at night but there was no heating in the morning. It was disappointing that there was nothing provided other than water and coffee pods and as we arrived on Easter Monday it was difficult to get food from the shops. No suggestions for shopping and restaurants either and communication was slow.

This was by far the best choice I could ever make for my stay to Thessaloniki. I visited for medical treatments and a big surgery, therefore things were difficult in all aspects. Having that in mind, this place exceeded all my expectations! Extremely clean, spacious, calm, with the most relaxed energy! Perfect location, with all the amenities one might ask for (they have thought of everything!) and an amazing host that made my stay safe and enjoyable. Always alert and helpful with kindness and compassion, assisting me in everything I might needed. There is even a doctor next door (that helped me in some difficult situations)! I have never before stayed at a place that combines perfection and simplicity! If I could give more than 10, I definitely would!

Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ήτανε πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Η πρόσβαση ήταν πολύ εύκολη και οι οδηγίες από τους οικοδεσπότες πολύ ακριβής. Η περιοχή μας βόλεψε πολύ γιατί ήταν στο κέντρο της καλαμαριάς δίπλα στο πεζόδρομο με σούπερ μάρκετ από κάτω.

Δεν βρήκαμε κάτι το οποίο να χρειάζετε βελτίωση.
