"Nice place, fine print and fees are crazy"

The penthouse itself was quite nice and the pool + Hot tub was great too. Overall, I quite liked the accommodations physically.

biggest thing that causes me to take off points is how absurdly high the fees are for non-compliance with their long list of rules. It makes a vacation significantly less enjoyable to have to read pages upon pages of rules that involve thousands of dollars of potential fees if broken. From what I can tell most of them are just being passed on from the HOA, so you know the people around you are likely to be control. Freaks. The potential fees are the worst I have seen anywhere I have stayed ever. The only reason I gave them any points is because I was able to comply by their rules and not get additional charges Please double check the fine print before booking. I would have looked elsewhere if I had. Multiple large pieces of carpet were bleached orange.

"Only good once you’re in bed."

The stove was broken and we couldn’t get anyone to help us. We weren’t able to eat that night because of this. I’m not sure what the receptionist does. They couldn’t help with anything and couldn’t give me anyone to talk to with questions. They had truly awful customer service. Not to mention the person I was talking to on the phone was extremely snippy when we got confused on where to enter from.

The location and rooms were incredible.

The fact that our plane was an hour late leaving the runway and we were charged an additional charge of 100.00 for no fault of our own. We have a lot of folks going out and we were going to recommend this place to them but I can't I understand rules but the lady that opened the door for us lived in the building so she was not out at all except for her time. I could understand this if it was our fault but you sure can't help when your plan doesn't leave on time due to mechanical problems. If they didn't text me one time they texted me at least 10 to see what time we were going to arrive and then before we could go into the room we had to pay the 100.00 extra to even be allowed to enter the room.
