"A fantastic place to stay with family."

We enjoyed this location quite well. It was near all the attractions we had planned for our stay. The big bonus here was being able to use the facilities it provided, secure parking and dog friendly place with fast response from those that manage.

The property while great did have some drawbacks. It looked like it had been a while since someone stayed there so bedding had a smell to it and the dishes where dusty from no use.

"A scam. STAY AWAY!"

A strange rule they have is a limited time for check-in only between 4pm-6pm, anything around that they charge $150 for late/early check-in, we were 5min late and asked to pay, after a long fight we agreed to that scam and the host said it is too late and refuse to check us in so we ended up being stuck in the lobby with no accommodation and lost $750 (the price of the accommodation). The host is still refusing to refund us and actually got new guests into the property on the same days we booked. I know because finally we stayed in the same complex building and saw from the window. The booking process is very long and frustrating. Once booked, you get multiple messages from the company every day. If anything goes wrong you will end up with no one to talk to, its a big company with many properties and employees with no human way to solve issues and of course, once booked there is no cancellation.

It’s true to the description of what the apartment looks like. Very spacious, with complete kitchen supplies. It has extra sofa beds for bigger groups. I plan to bring my family to Seattle next time as it’s really close to the Space Needle.
