Very central of points of interest, Right near public transportation, train station and local bus routes. To go out of the town of Rochester, it’s easy to go into Chatham town centre Depo to get to blue water shopping centre Or get on a train into London, which is a 7minute Walk to train station. The flat is lovely, warm cosy private feel to it. There Car parking just up the road also. Mini market shop and a takeaway shop 2 minutes walk away. Rochester High street 5minute walk away, great for night out in Restaurants and pubs and then to walk back with no problems. 10 GOLD STARS

Nothing NA. There are Flight of stairs to get to very Top of Flat but that’s absolutely fine and don’t bother me at all. Flat Great! 🤩

I To be honest the only complaint I have is that I was completely unaware of the amount of stairs that we had to negotiate.Other than that I was pretty happy with the place as was my girlfriend

The studio flat is compact, neat and tidy on the very Top floor, Above all levels which gave the flat a great feel of Your own private personal space, as there’s No Naibours ither side of you, only below you. The flat has a airy interior feel to it with easy access to open the windows in sitting room as well as bathroom. Very nicely designed interior. Honestly I wanted to rent out the flat entirely and not give back the keys as it’s in Great central location to Rochester and not far from Chatham high street ether. Train station and shops are only 5 minutes walking distance and car parking available too. The flat has a Loft which could easily accommodate another double bed and turned into another bedroom, just overall Great lovely cosy Flat.

I had gone in a night out to Rochester to meet friends and have a few drinks, I drank wine, my mistake because when I returned back to the flat, I actually couldn’t make the 3 flights of stairs that all in total have 42 steps you have to climb to get to the very top Flat. I sat in the stair case for ages until my head went spinning from drinking wine, to be able to do stairs, Honestly though, the stairs are worth the steps!! Once in the flat, the whole world goes on by as your in your own personal space within a cosy flat. I definitely want to book again, won’t have wine next time 🤣
