Beautiful holiday studio in the heart of Rochester

Compact, well positioned for the high street and comfortable.

Parking can be difficult and you may need to drive around searching for a parking spot.

Tbh everything my daughter has autism and loved it the host was an absolute star property was clean relaxing and near shops and bars accommodation for a studio was 10/10

The front door and street don’t do justice to the property. The parking further up the road is over crowded with selfish people just dumping their cars anywhere

The accommodation was self catering. It was compact and had a good range of facilities (with the exception of the following two facilities). I'd consider booking it again, particularly if the problems are resolved. Generally it was quiet, though on the last morning a contractor started work early on the roof immediately outside the bathroom - which had no curtain.

The bath was plumbed in such a way the only option was a shower. I couldn't find any controls to make this work. The owner could assist customers by creating a sign giving instructions, and by including a quick demonstration of the shower control in the handover. The TV worked but I would have welcomed information on choice of channels etc. Soon after arrival the owner texted to inform me I could watch Netflix. When I tried to do this the TV display stated in terms an account was needed. Once again the customer could be shown how to use facility at handover. From experience in other places I think an issue here might be unhelpful configuration changes made by previous residents. To ensure this wasn't a problem the owner could check the system between bookings and reset it if necessary. This last point is minor, but I would have appreciated a bedside lamp. Having said that the foldup design meant you couldn't lean back because of a gap between the bedhead and the wall.
