Beautiful Three Bed Flat in Nottingham City Centre

We were let down by another property 24 hours before our trip so this apartment becoming available saved us! This could be a perfect 10 just with a few tweaks. Huge rooms right in the centre of Nottingham, very clean and nicely decorated. We will always consider this property now for our Nottingham stays.

Dodgy WiFi, couldn’t work the TV’s, really cold and no manual how to work the heating or TV. However these are small things that really could be quite easily rectified to make this score a 10.

The location was perfect! Plenty of space !

We were not given a code to enter and tried for over an hour and half to contact someone! The oven was filthy we could not use it! The oven pan was full of grease and baked on food! The water for a shower was uncontrollable and ran cold after 4 showers! There was not enough cutlery or mugs! One tiny frying pan, the wine glasses were dirty, the microwave, toaster & fridge were dirty! Kettle looked dangerous!!!

Didn’t stay at the property, the host contacted me saying the flat was unavailable due to a water leak and electrical issues, so we were moved to a 2 bed apartment in the same building, this meant one of us slept on a sofa with no extra bedding provided for 2 nights. To make it worse on the evening of the first night we saw someone who was clearly neither a plumber or electrician enter the apartment I had originally booked at 10:30pm. Clearly the host decided to move us to another accommodation to make more money. I was promised a partial refund and despite multiple contact attempts they have ignored me, absolutely appalled at the service and would never recommend to anyone

Great location. In the heart of the city and close to everywhere and everything in Nottingham. No need for any form of vehicular transportation to move around.

The flat was very clean. However, the house itself from the main door to the stairs was very dirty like a dumpster. That first sight wasn’t welcoming at all.

The location and easy access were superb

The WiFi was hard wired to the TV so that worked fine. Unfortunately we couldn't connect to the router. Unfortunately only 1 key was available so it may be an idea to have have 2 keys available as there were four of us staying. The bedroom bin wasn't emptied and had use ear cotton buds and cotton wool in it.

Apartment is amazing. Well organized, spacious brand new flat. Perfect location, easy check in. The hosts were lovely, I needed to reach out to ask for late che k out and they responded quickly in order to assist me. Overall great experience.
