Beautiful Three Bed Flat in Nottingham City Centre

Location was fantastic, walking distance to everything.

The bed I slept on was terrible. Made the stay very uncomfortable.

It is very inconvenient for foreigners. When they encounter difficulties, the landlord will not provide any help or solutions. They are very arrogant and impolite. The staff of Booking.com cannot accurately communicate with the landlord either. This brings a lot of uncertainty and risks to foreign tourists.

We really liked the central location and the loveny spacious bedrooms

I didn't like that there was limited cutlery in the house . There were 5 guests and only a couple of knives and forks for our takeaway . Also we would have liked a chair from each guest as there is only seating for three. Otherwise it was a lovely place to stay

Lovely apartment in a great central location, excellent for going to the Motorpoint Arena which was just a short walk away. Nice look and feel to the place. Would recommend the pizza place downstairs next door for delicious pizza, they do takeaway so we took them back to the apartment, so good we had them twice!

The hot water was a bit hit and miss, instructions said if there were problems to boost the thermostat which was located in a cupboard but unfortunately the cupboard was so overflowing with stuff we couldn’t get to it so had to put up with cold water for the evening. Could have done with some soap in the bathroom, would have expected it for the price we paid, also some shower gel and shampoo would have been a nice touch.

Three bedrooms, well equipped. Great location in the centre of town. Good heating and hot water provision. Secure location. nicely decorated.

Not clean. There were crisps on the living room floor on arrival and the floor had not been mopped in a long time. This turned my children's socks brown in 10 mins. Crisps on the settee, crumbs on the worktops, coffee table was dirty. All around the bins and the sideboard were dirty and everywhere needed a good dust. The owner sent around a cleaner once they insisted we photograph all the dirt. Once they had cleaned again we noticed the bath was dirty with hairs (broken plug) and mirrors with thumb marks. However, what is worse is the state of the mattresses on the beds. 2/3 main beds are unsleepable and you can feel every spring in the thin materness. These were truly awful in both the large bedrooms. Only the small bedroom had a decent mattress, so our youngest slept well, on the first night but nobody else could sleep at all. For the final night, we had to couple up the kids and use all the remaining bedding in the flat to cushion the main bedroom (Picture: Princess and the Pea) but it truly spoilt our stay, and the time I have spent to find three-bed apartment.

Loaction is perfect as what we expect to stay in city center.

The washing machine should have a better dryer for total dry laundry

Lovely big flat, very central. Heating works well and great showers with good water pressure plus whirlpool spa bath.

Dining table would have been a plus

Perhaps an extra chair / sofa . Would’ve struggled had their been 6 of us

We stayed there for 3 nights and the flat was nice and cozy. It was super easy to check in as it was self check in, the staff was very helpful and willing to give all the informations we needed even during our stay. I highly recommend this place, situated on a sainsbury local (in case you need anything) and right in the center of Nottingham!

The only thing I will complain about is the mattress, it was too soft for me but it’s just my opinion
