Homely and Modern Maisonette in Vibrant Bristol

It was a lovely spacious place very clean and tidy

Solo había 4 asientos en la cocina y el apartamento se oferta para un máximo de 6 personas.

The location is fantastic, very close to the bus stops, supermarket and a nice pub is nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet. The flat is big and was clean with well equipped kitchen. Good wifi and cosy space. All instructions how to get here, check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. No trouble with all the payments and deposit refund was quick.

One person from our group did not have any sheets, bedding and towels, and our reservation was set for 5 people, while the flat seemed to be ready for 4. We reported that and someone tried to help and respond to messages, but still one person had to sleep with only a blanket.

The entrance and lobby were a bit rundown, and the parking area is very tight

Everything is old, broken and needs cleaning. How they can ask for £150 damage deposit is beyond me. Bed sheets and towels like sand paper and shower needs sorting out

The property was very clean and located in a friendly community with easy access to nearby services and shops. The facilities were excellent—everything we needed was provided. The TV was large, the two bedrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had a very comfortable stay!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. All the information was clearly outlined on the website, and the photos accurately represented what we saw in person.
