Homely and Modern Maisonette in Vibrant Bristol

Great location, Just a stones throw from where I needed to visit. The property is a modern, clean apartment with everything that you need including a parking space out the front of the property (For a small/ medium car)

If booking this accommodation through booking.com just remember you will need to pay an additional £150 deposit for damage (This is highlighted when booking) As I made two separate bookings - one week followed by another I had to ensure that I had £300 pound available before the initial deposit could be returned.

Location

Bed and pillows a little uncomfortable, upstairs shower needs a little attention.

Clean with everything you needed. Lots of local shops and a nice place for breakfast opposite. Easy to jump on the bus to Bristol city centre.

Clean, tidy and vibrant

Good location

Not very clean or well kept, a lot of the door handles were hanging off, the 4 slice toaster only 2 slots worked, the pans provided don’t work on the induction hob. Advertised as suitable for 5 people but only 4 dining chairs.

Very spacious apartment with high end fixtures & fittings. Perfectly designed layout for up to 3 couples if neccessary as there is a large comfortable sofa bed in the lounge as a nice addition to the 2 seperate double bedrooms. Love that there is off street parking included! Love the views from the loft space windows & also watching the busy world pass by from the 1st floor lounge windows that overlook the highstreet. I would definitely recommend staying here again soon!

No complaints, just a couple of minor improvements. No spare bin bags for the trash, luckily I had some spare in the back of my car. It would be a nice touch to have a video message from the host to welcome new guests to the appartment on arrival when the host is away travelling or a direct text message to check if all is well.

Flat itself was lovely. Well laid out, modern, comfortable

There was no sheet or duvet on the bed which was a bit odd. Not a huge deal as it was warm during my stay although some might find that uncomfortable. Entrance hall is a bit gloomy and there seems to be a bit of acrimony with the downstairs neighbours.
