Brand new Modern luxurious apartment near the city

Nothing. Never even got past the doors. Cancelled on me whilst I was stood outside waiting to gain entry

Don't think they knew I was booked. Came up with excuses and said couldn't stay there anymore. Rung the apartment we where supposed to be in and someone else was already in it. Then had to wait over 2 weeks to claim my money back from bank as I wasn't given a refund. Booking.com did not help either. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by both parties/businesses 1 would 100% NOT recommend using either services

Nothing to like about this property very dirty somebody was sleeping in the property. The bed was not made. The bathroom was dirty not cleaned full of hair everywhere no tissues in the toilet. Nothing to clean the bathroom with never will not recommend it to anybody.

Was clean

Had to contact the host as heard nothing on how to access the building. The host told us we were in a different flat to what we had booked as better for kids. We were given a gate code and told door would be unlocked it was locked on arrival contacted host who advised to ring other residents to let us in. As for better for kids it had a travel cot my child is 8! Cheap broken plastic table. Tv had no Ariel and or WiFi. At 1.30am was woken by door buzzer a gentleman saying they were staying in the flat advised them to contact host. Flat below very noisy during the night. Woken again at 3am by someone holding our buzzer! Terrible night would never stay again!

The apartment was overall clean

The host was unresponsive on arrival to Birmingham and this was unsettling as we was not sure we would actually get to the property in time as we had a day planned. Host was very unprofessional and unresponsive through out the whole stay. When we tried to watch tv we found out that there was no wifi in the property and the Tv would only work when there was wifi in the property, I tried to contact the host regarding this and no response was given and through out the whole day was the same after we finally managed to get the keys. The beds are really flimsy and uncomfortable. The sofa is really uncomfortable, overall was a very bad experience

Very affordable and the lockable private parking is a bonus

Very dirty, marked walls and doors, dirty bathroom with sink and toilet that hadn’t been cleaned properly The beds are uncomfortable with cheap thin blankets I had to phone the landlord and ask for check in details as they still hadn’t been provided the day of the check in. We were also changed apartments last minute and weren’t informed, so there was another group in our apartment when we arrived who had to tell us. No wifi as advertised and telly doesn’t work Really noisy downstairs neighbours who had music on and were yelling until 4am
