Urban Music Style Townhouse in Swansea city center

Great location and value for money. The downstairs rooms were fabulous. The host was very accommodating with our requests.

Upstairs could be modernised with a lick of paint.

There was no hot tub as stated and the shower was temperamental!

Everything is good. Clean and big. It’s close to the beach and the University of Swansea. My son liked the table games. I loved the music in the house.

It was spacious and at a very convenient location.

The place, although it looked like in the pictures, did not feel clean, and as a result the stay there was not too comfortable.

Having stayed in several properties booked through booking.com we were disappointed to arrive and find the property was really dirty. It was as though the place had not been hoovered for weeks with a lot of built up areas of grime and dirt, even in the toilets! While we understood that the property is an old one and paintwork can be tired the paintwork had not been washed or wiped down for a long time. The table in the lounge area was broken and not all the lights were working. On looking outside there were discarded cigarette end on the floor outside the back door. If the owners of this property are paying for a cleaning service I would recommend that they check the standard of work they are getting. In case people reading this think that it is someone being fussy I would like to add this is the first time I have ever left a bad review.

A great place to stay with excellent facilities. Plenty of space for 6 people to stay at comfortably. Free parking from 6pm and on the Sunday so we had no problem with parking. Close distance to the beach, highly recommended.
