Rooftop pool and small restaurant was great. Rooms were new and clean with hammocks and small kitchen.

Walk to village may be steep for some people.

Rooftop is great. Host Eli checks in regularly if everything is okay and solves problems quickly if needed. Apartments are eco-friendly, recycling shower water for toilets, and heating water using solar. The highlight is chef Ivan, who takes care of all the guests, preparing wonderful drinks and food on the rooftop!

Was a bit complicated to get the access codes since our bus was stuck in the mountains and the check-in procedure is to send a WhatsApp 30m before arriving (but only until 8.pm.). When the bus finally arrived, it was too late to check in. Thankfully, the host did respond in time and we could get in no problem. However, I think it would be much easier if they just sent the codes whenever the room is ready without this pre-messaging procedure.

Amazing experience in this incredible Villa. In a quiet part of la Punta, above all other buildings, we had an unparalleled view of the sunset over the ocean, may it be from our room or the rooftop pool. Thank you to Ivan and Eli for their hospitality and friendliness. We will never forget our time here!

The rooftop pool and bar/restaurant were phenomenal! The views were incredible and the food was delicious! Free water jugs on each floor was great and chef Ivan and manager Eli were so friendly and helpful. It’s self check in, very eco friendly property and the area is very rustic. Yoga is offered 2 mod guns and 2 evenings on the rooftop which I didn’t have a chance to go to.

It’s a dirt road all the way to the beach which makes for a dirty walk which is out of their control of course. As mentioned, it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and strip which gives you a good work out which we didn’t mind. And as mentioned, perhaps a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels, a few more utensils.

Gorgeously designed building. Pool area is the perfect spot to hang and relax. Super kind staff. Close to town and removed enough so quiet at night. Loved!

There could be more lighting outside / nearby making the walk home at night a bit easier.

With the most amazing Rooftop pool to see the sunset and a very big, beautiful apartment with huge balcony and kitchen we absolutely loved our stay here.

Self check-in: Everything works super well, but it would be very nice to have even just very few reception hours in case of questions or even just connecting. (Elli was super helpful and responsive via phone)

The apartment was brilliant, overlooking the town with amazing views of the ocean. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room felt secure. The staff at the roof terrace bar were really friendly.

The apartment is roughly a 10 minute walk from the beach/restaurant strip and is at the top of quite a steep hill on a dusty road. Some people might find the walk a bit tough - and our taxi didn't make it all the way up the hill.
