Dirty bed linen and floors. No cleaning service. No response to complaints from owners.

The apartment was poorly stocked with crockery. No cutting board No change of towels The washing machine did not work properly, There was no coffee tea, sugar Black mold in bathrooms No hand towels Shower drain not properly fixed to the floor - almost cut myself No hand soap Bathroom mats of poor quality Guards treated us like criminals ... always asking if we are checking out when leaving. Did not allow a friend up to help with luggage Bed was small ... did not make allowance for a tall person Bad odour in the apartment Checked out a night earlier For the price we paid, we would definitely not recommend this place to anyone and would definitely not stay here again

The location and safety was great. Host communication was good. We pretty much used the place to sleep so I didn’t not explore Coral Point in its entirety, but from the looks of it everything was fine. The check in process was also quite good.

The apartment was not the cleanest and there were a lot of broken / damaged things all around the apartment. Due to this, I did not feel comfortable using some of the facilities at the apartment as I had to pay a security deposit and was uneasy if I were to get blamed for any damages that were possibly overlooked by the host from the previous guest. The “no visitor” policy is a bit extreme but I understand it.

The place was very clean and had lovely views.
