1. The place could be more cleaner 2. Bedroom 1 shower was blocked 3. Bedroom 2 shower water outlet need to be fixed as it was not level and has a potential of injuring on their feet while they shower

The location was excellent, central to Sibaya and Umhlanga which is exactly what we needed. The Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Security at Coral Point are so helpful and friendly.

This is just some constructive criticism, the bathroom really needs an extracor fan. This will solve a lot of problems with regards to dampness and mould and stuffy smell in there.

The property was really nice but its poorly managed most facilities are not working and the Host was very useless and with very bad attitude. We booked over for two nights but our second night was a nightmare, we had to stay in the dark due to electrical faults and which was never attended to with agency and the Host / Mo Mwatumu kept referring us to security for every problems we were having and the security guards couldn’t assist us either. Pool was dirty and they were sending security to clean the pool, the Barbecue gas stove were also not working, the drainage in the bathrooms have a merger problem when taking a shower water does not go through the drain instead it goes all over the house, the beds had parasites insects and which made us so uncomfortable.

The Host had a very bad attitude towards us, the place didn’t have working electricity, beds had parasites, drainage systems not working properly, the pool was very dirty and many facilities were not functional

Place was good as promised, very clean, view was beautiful, security was at maximum and the stuff was friendly.. I highly recommend the place to others🙌🙌😊😊
