We had someone living in our apartment on check in. No way to contact the host, besides WhatsApp and responsiveness exceeds 6hr. Bedding, linen, shower, couches all show signs of extreme stains and use. The room has an a strong urine stench, emanating from all living room furniture. Utterly disappointed. Bookings.com has no resolution.. My advice is stick to trusted reviews and ratings. They did assist by sending the cleaning team in a full 24hrs after checking in. Bookings.com simply accepts 🏡 on thier platform, but has no way of remedy in such situations. Find this on Twitter, Facebook and other social site. Photos are not as described

Couch was dirty, renovate the room inside with the bathroom please, do maintenance on the aircon, for 2 or 3 night put more towels for guests. Nonstick pots are affordable,

I liked the Interia setup.

It would be better if they allow our visitors not only one visitor because were there to visit and we see those people after a long time it be fair.

Everything was perfect

The location - easily accessible to all areas I wanted to get to.

The property was very dirty. Initially after collecting our hire car we went straight to the accommodation to leave our luggage. Just washed our faces and left thinking everything is okay for later. Late at night we returned after 10. Started to get ready for bed - it’s when we noticed the dust around the bathroom area. Nevertheless we just rinsed and may do. We shocked when we pulled the cover off the bed to get into into the sheets - bedroom 1 - had food or something stained - it’s like someone just wiped it. Bedroom 2 - had hair all over the sheets. I messaged the owners (whoever was talking with me prior to settling in) and their response was “ dirty???” They said the property was cleaned. I find this shocking to believe. Nevertheless they agreed to send someone in the next morning - what was I to do that night with my family ???? So I left and checked in elsewhere. The next day booking.com spoke with the owners who agreed to send someone to clean the place and wanted to know if I would be okay with that. Considering I was already told the night before it was already cleaned and now I found alternate accommodation I declined the offer. When I got back to the UK I asked for my refund and this was declined because they said they offered to clean it. Happy to share more photos taken of the property.
