Nothing everything was amazing

Check in time was from 3pm. I got to the apartment at 3:15 and the apartment was still being cleaned. Took the cleaner about 45 mins to finish up. The apartment has a very bad musty smell. The condition of the unit its self is very poor and dirty. There was ladies hair on the pillow case. The sofas need a deep clean. One leg on the sofa is broken.

Nothing because I paid and didn't get to stay.

I arrived at Coral Point around 14h30. Request to leave my luggage at the room as I was attending a wedding reception at Sibiya conference centre which commenced at 15h00. Was told by security that my name was not on the list for entry. Phoned the contact person and was advised I needed to pay R500 deposite as breakage fee. I paid in full as EFT when initial booking was done. I was not aware earlier that I had to pay the deposite, but I then done an EFTof R500 as requested and sent PoP via watsup which was confirmed. It was 14h50 at the time and I requested access just to leave my luggage but was told that the access code would only be given st 15h00. I then left to NY function and then drove home because I didn't want any further hassles getting access. I regret booking this accommodation and will never book again. I will also advise friends and family both personally and via social media to not use their service. I paid in fully and never even got entry to the place. I hope these rouges return my R500 deposit I urge anyone reading this to not use their services
