"A spectacular apartment with a few small shortcomings"

What a beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds, well located, lovely artwork, tastefully furnished. Apartment is air-conditioned, quiet, has great appliances, and an amazing roof sitting area. I would have rated it 10/10 if not for a few (important) shortcomings in the preparation of the apartment for the holiday let.

There was no bag in the bin - and no bags provided, the batteries in the aircon remote were flat, there was no plug apaptor for the hairdryer and the little milk carton provided was opened and half used. The coffee machine in the photos has been replaced with a Nespresso machine but no pods provided. No dishwasher tablets - just an empty bag. These small things were just irritating- and the apartment is so spectacular that the managing agents just let the side down.
