Sunlit Corner Apartment w/ Harbour Views

We loved our stay here, a perfect location with lovely view. Close to everything we needed. Nicely presented.

The location was so perfect looking down at all the nice viaduct restaurants

Location is really good

The shower is not strong and fast water.

Perfect location, enough space for our family, washer AND dryer, well stocked kitchen, clean and tidy, close to a lot of restaurants and sights plus the ferry.

As it is right above a lot of bars a tiny bit noisy in the evenings but only till max 10pm so wasn’t too much of an issue!

Very overpriced. No water pressure. Difficulties checking in (booking.com issue not the owners). It was reasonably clean but we found a few pill packets from previous people and a few crawling insects in the kitchen, like ants but smaller? Not sure what they were. And the roller blind in the bedroom fell off as I was winding it up! Did not feel like a $500 a night accommodation. Also the hotel staff were not friendly at all and not sure if that was because we weren't paying hotel customers or not.

The location was excellent as was the apartment & price.

Parking would have been easier & probably knowing it was in the Sebel building would have made finding it easier.

Great central location. Close to all the action.

Modern room (mixed with a hotel) with harbour view. Large space ans well-equipped. Walk distance to the ferry. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. And the shower and bathtub are both independent. One of the top accommodations during my trip. You can also find a nice Asian restaurant "Monsoon Poon" in 1 min walk.

Will be great to receive the check-in instructions earlier.
