"Well priced comfortable accommodation in a great location - the noise is the only negative."

The apartment is in a fantastic location for exploring central Auckland and has lovely harbour views.

Unfortunately the live music and chanting crowds are extremely loud, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. If you aren’t planning to party all night I suggest heavy duty earplugs as the music starts around 10pm and ends between 1 and 2 am.

Amazing location, clean, perfect for small family with the kitchen and laundry facilities. Great views - the photos don’t do it justice

It is above bars, which didn’t bother us on the Wednesday and Thursday evening but was louder on Friday.

"Nice View and Handy to Everything, be mindful of the nightlife keeping you awake."

Nice View, very handy to Waterfront and places to eat. Spacious apartment. with all you need. Beds were very comfortable. Heating was easy to adjust to your liking.

The noise of live bands and nightlife is very hard to avoid. Especially on a Saturday night. Sleeping was an issue. Water pressure of the shower could have been a bit better.

"Awesome Apartment Perfect Location"

I booked this apartment for my wife's birthday and she absolutely loved it and the location was perfect. The apartment was amazing and we definitely will be coming back thank you for making our stay a memorable one. We can't wait to book again

Loved the location of the apartment on the viaduct with easy access to so many bars, eateries and shopping. The waterfront was buzzing on Friday and Saturday and we loved being so close to it. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and modern. Comms with the hosts was excellent.

Entertainment is right on your doorstop and with that comes the noise on Friday and Saturday nights. Was not a big issue for us as we loved the location.
