Genuinely felt like you were staying with friends who were sharing their lovely home with you. Everything was immaculate, very well thought through for guests’ comfort and convenience. Warm, friendly welcome.

Pobyt w tym cottage to była czysta przyjemność – poczuliśmy się tu jak w prawdziwym domu na wsi. Gospodarze są niezwykle mili i pomocni, tworzą atmosferę, której próżno szukać w dużych hotelach. Sam pokój był bardzo komfortowy, przytulny i idealnie czysty. ​Okolica jest po prostu magiczna: zielona, pachnąca i pełna uroczych zakątków. Spacer na wzgórze zafundował nam cudowne widoki. Okazało się że lokalne krowy są równie gościnne i potrafią zafundować dawkę adrenaliny, gdy całe stado postanowi Was 'odprowadzić' do bramy! Na szczęście za płotkiem dają się już grzecznie głaskać. ​To miejsce pełne niespodzianek, które idealnie nadaje się na regenerację w trasie. Zdecydowanie polecamy każdemu, kto szuka autentycznego, angielskiego klimatu. Na pewno wrócimy!

Clean room with very good bathroom. Quiet location was appreciated.

Steep stairs to room. Very difficult to actually find the property, as no clear signage was evident anywhere. Continental-style breakfast was fine, with good-quality coffee!

As reflected in other feedback, Cottage Guest House, offers a very warm welcome, very clean and comfortable accommodation, a quiet and peaceful location and within easy walking distance to a variety of eateries. We would particularly recommend the local pub which serves basic but good quality food, at affordable prices and with a very lively atmosphere.

Not strictly dislikes, but those with mobility issues need to be aware that bedrooms are accessed via a steep staircase. And in the rear bedroom the bathroom is part of the room with little privacy; not a problem for some.
