Spacious 2 bedroom space with breathtaking seaview

My accommodation at your unit last week was the worst I ever experienced. When we arrived the floors of the unit were dirty and not swept. Two of the toilets did not have any toilet paper. The towels was old rugged and had white jik spots on it. The hot tubs never heated up and after 5 hours of running I decided to just give up and switch it off. Then the storm hit and we had to deal with a water log place for a few days. Our days were spend mopping and mopping and more mopping up water with a old rusted mop the I found it in the box on the veranda. After numerous requests for help to the host none was forthcoming in any form. You were going to send somebody to assist with cleaning up and we are still waiting... you did not even have to decently to come back to me with any updates. My request for additional towels to stop the water from following into the unit was ignored and never addressed. I feel strongly that you must compensate in one way or another as my stay in your unit was a complete disaster.
