Spacious 2 bedroom space with breathtaking seaview

The place is beautiful in a quiet location. It is spacious and had most of what we needed for the weekend. It was comfortable and warm even though the aircon was not working in the main bedroom. It was safe and secure.

It was not really clean when we arrived.

Disappointing Stay - Misleading description and subpar conditions We recently stayed here and were extremely disappointed with the experience. The property's description was misleading, and the actual conditions were subpar. The hot tub/jacuzzi, a major selling point, was non-operational and leaked water. Despite multiple requests and assurances from the owner, it remained unfixed. A maintenance worker visited for three consecutive days and couldn't fix it. Additionally, the apartment had some cockroaches, the hairdryer was missing, barbecuing facilities were rusted, and linen was of poor quality, and no extra towels and blankets were provided. After reporting these issues, the owner eventually provided a refund for the remaining days, as we had to find alternative accommodation. I relied on positive reviews and the owner's responses, which claimed issues had been addressed. However, our experience was the opposite. I hope the owner takes appropriate action and ensures that all facilities described are not only present but also well-maintained, functional, and ready for use. Guests rely on these descriptions to make informed decisions. Failing to deliver on these promises ruins the vacation experience and erodes trust. Take responsibility, invest in maintenance, and provide accurate descriptions to avoid misleading future guests.
