We had a wonderful stay at 405 Nautica. The location is excellent and the views are stunning. Beautiful home with ample furniture to make the stay luxurious and comfortable. Aircons were a blessing during the warmer temps. Overall an awesome experience! Close to all the main beaches in the area. Easy to access with security. The garage parking was a welcome surprise and right by the lobby of the building. Would stay with Gert again if we are ever in the area.

We stayed for just one night but it was very enjoyable and well worth it. the apartment is spacious and we'll suited to a family with breath taking views.

Not much to complain about. the jacuzzi does not work and that will add the cherry to the top.

What a beautiful apartment! Very very big , well furnished, and the views are spectacular.

I did not find a single soap/shower gel/hand soap in the bathrooms. One air freshner was finished. The beutiful bath had no place to put my soap and other bath essentials at.Jacuzzi not setup.
