Es war sehr laut vonseiten der Nachbarn, besonders abends, als normalerweise allgemeine Ruhe erwartet wird. Störend fanden wir auch laute Geräusche wegen der tagsüber laufenden Abzüge im Badezimmer und in der Küche. Fenstertüre im Schlafzimmer sind dringend zu reparieren; es war praktisch unmöglich das Zimmer zu lüften. Zu rügen sind mangelnde Küchenutensilien: Geschirrtücher, Pfannen etc. waren nicht vorhanden. Ziemlich unfreundlich war der Empfang am Einreisetag: Der Vertreter der Firma ließ uns etwa eine halbe Stunde im Wind und Regen draußen warten, wegen der angeblichen Putzarbeiten in der Wohnung, obwohl auf den ersten Blick einem klar wäre, keiner beträte die Wohnung seit Wochen, denn Sauberkeit ließ sich wünschen. Bettwäsche und Kissen, total verfetteter Abzug in der Küche verspotten jeder Beschreibung.

Location is incredible, across the street from the beach, close to grocery stores and restaurants, coffee shop in building is great, 15 minutes from the airport, everything you could need for a little beach getaway.

LOCATION!!! And, the open plan living and most wonderful balcony with sea views.

Unfortunately, there was major construction happening in the apartment above us, starting early in the morning, which made it impossible to relax in the apartment. While this was communicated to us beforehand that there would be some noise, it was not explained very well. If I would have known how bad the noise would be I would not have booked the apartment. When asked about the noise and when it would end, I did not get a response - so I wasn't very impressed with the communication during the time I was there. If it wasn't for that, the location of the apartment was perfect, and had a beautiful view.
