the terrace had a beautiful view and the location was perfect.

it could of been a bit more cleaner inside the property and more clear directions on how to use the garage doors for the car park.

I had a wonderful time at Liiiving in Matosinhos - Seaside Balcony Apartment! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony with a sea view was an absolute highlight – perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, cafés, and just a few steps from the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. Thank you for this amazing experience – I’d love to come back!

Location. And overall equipment in the apartment.

Major problem was the absence of heating. It took multiple calls to get to old style inefficient heaters to be brough in at 10pm. We requested extra towels. Delivered when we were already leaving. Building common areas need a refresh. Lifts make very strange noises. Scary. Customer service team not very attentive.

Bett war sehr bequem. Wohnung gut ausgestattet, Geschirr scheinbar von Vorgängern etwas dreckig. Balkon hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer.

Leider ist es an der Straße, unmittelbar vom großen Kreisel entfernt und deshalb etwas lauter, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt. Dazu war die Lüftung im Bad und Küche defekt und lief die ganzen 3 Tage wo wir dort waren. Das war sehr störend, ich hoffe das wurde repariert.
