The sofa is little bit hard to sit on.

we didn't have breakfast - the location was close to the centre which was what we wanted - but we were not informed that there was no parking outside the property and the nearest parking required a residents visiting parking voucher

The most beautiful and loved home and it was lovely to meet the owners who popped by in the morning x

Nothing, just a few sockets near a mirror in the bedrooms would have been good but definitely not a deal breaker.

Beautifully furnished, location was perfect.

Homely, and proximity to town

little bit untidy. dishwasher hadn’t been put on from the previous guests. Main bed had sand in it. Parking even with the permit is a massive challenge.

self catering, excellent location

Having to pay a £200 security deposit for damages, assuming this was the maximum amount that I would be liable for because it does not state at the booking page that in fact the damages payable are unliimited. Regretably, we caused ACCIDENTAL damage,for which I was charged £350.00. Surely the owners of holiday properties have insurance cover for damages? Whilst i accept that we unfortunately caused the damage, I am angry that my liability was not restricted to £200 as stated by booking.com. One part of the damage was due to my son being unable to open a rusty window,and breaking a small pane of glass whilst attempting to do so. Had this been an emergency, ie a fire in the property, there was no access through that window.

The property was lovely, furnishings and decor were great. Location was brilliant and within walking distance to the town centre, parks and Theatre.

Lounge sofa and chairs were not comfortable at all. Parking behind was a bonus but very tight however parking permits for on road were available in the house to use.

Nicely furnished, with a lot of attention to detail.

Couldn’t find parking permits anywhere, despite being told twice they were there. We felt that given we couldn’t check in until 4pm, having to leave by 10am on a Sunday morning was a little excessive.
